形態特徵

• A small shrub. Branches slender, fusco-ferrugineous, the young branchlets puberulous.
• Leaves chartaceous, ovate-oblong, 2–3.5 cm long, 1–1.8 cm wide, acute to acuminate at apex, acute at base, sharply double-serrate, glabrous on both surfaces, the midrib and veins slightly impressed above, raised and distinct beneath; petioles 1–2 mm long, winged, pubescent.
• Inflorescence a terminal corymb, up to 5 cm long, 5.5 cm wide, finely pubescent, the Flowers 4 mm across; bracts minute, subulate, hardly 1 mm long; pedicels slender, 3–4 mm long; calyx rotate-campanulate, 1.5 mm long, pubescent outside, glabrous inside, 5-lobed, the lobes triangular, 0.5 mm long; petals obovate, 2 mm long, the apex rounded to slightly emarginate; stamens about 20, long-exserted, the filaments about 4 mm long.
• Mature carpels 2 mm long, glabrous, slightly rostrate, erect.

分布

• 台灣 : Endemic. In the central part of the island at high altitudes.
